Nitrox Ceramic 7 Engine Coating was developed in the aerospace industry to protect, and lengthen the life of, all moving parts, coating them with a tough, hard yet smooth surface.

Ceramic 7 is minute solid particles held in suspension in a fluid which dissolves when added to oil, allowing the particles to circulate around critical engine parts.
Once the engine is warm the ceramic particles leave the oil and bond to the inner surfaces of the engine, coating them in a protective film.
Because ceramics are incredibly hard wearing one application lasts 30,000 miles. The engine oil is only used as a carrier to the internal surfaces, so once Ceramic 7 has left the oil and bonded to the internal engine surfaces, the oil can be changed as frequently as desired with affecting protection. This also means the particles do not stay in the oil to agglomerate and block filters and oilways, leaving the oil free to lubricate and hold harmful soot particles which if deposited would corrode the engine.
Nitrox Ceramic 7 Engine Coating is suitable for all four-stroke engines – petrol, diesel, turbo, naturally aspirated, marine and motorcycle.
