Absaar Battery Charger 6 amp
Traditional 12 volt Absaar Battery charger with amp meter. 10 - 60 Ah suitable for charging motorcycles, small and medium sized cars and ride on lawn mower etc.
Please note traditional Absaar battery chargers require the user to monitor the charging process.
This Absaar Series A battery chargers is manufactured to supply a charging power of 6 amps. The steel sheet case is shock-and scratch-proof with safe folded edges and has been electrostatically powder coated and then fused at 200°C. 4 non-slip rubber feet ensure perfect stability.
Rectifier
A robust silicon bridge rectifier specially designed for battery charging units.
Charging indicator
Ammeter or an electronic charging display for checking the charging process.
Transformer
The transformer is a mains safety transformer. The required overload and short circuit protection is achieved with a newly developed temperature limiter. The special feature of this protective component is it temperature and current sensitivity. Which have been exactly matched to the electrical parameters of the short-circuit current and the windings temperature. The transformer is fully protected against improper handling.
Terminals
Insulated, easily interchangeable terminal clips with plus and minus designation.
Fuse
A 20 amp. blade fuse protects the charger from damage caused by reverse polarity or by short-circuiting the charger terminals.
