Tetrion 2K Powerfil Filler 250ml
Tetrion 2K Powerfil Filler is a rapid-cure super strong filler which sets 5 times harder than concrete in 15 minutes.
Tetrion 2K Powerfil's technology ensbles the user to fill large holes, horizontal or vertical, without 'slumping'.
Its smooth finish can be sanded, overpainted and drilled within 15 minutes.
The versatile formulation is also perfect for filling small holes, hairline cracks and grain or knot holes in new wood.
Tetrion 2K Powerfil can be used on most hard surfaces, is resistant to vibration, will not shrink or crack and cures fully to any depth in one application.
Tetrion™ 2K Filler is a super smooth Multi-purpose filler, ideal for large and small jobs. Sets in minutes, creating an easy to sand, very tough and very smooth repair.
Kit contains hardener, spreader and mixing dish.
Suitable for Metals, Wood, Stone and most plastics.
Method of use – please follow carefully
1. Prepare surface by removing all dirt, grease, moisture and loose material from the area to be treated. Also ensure all mixing equipment is clean.
2. Mix 1 part Hardener to 50 parts Filler (pea : golfball) or 2%. Mix thoroughly until all the coloured hardener is dispersed and no coloured streaks are evident.
3. Apply filler immediately with the spreader. Setting reaction commences after 5 minutesand paste will become fully cured and sandable after 20 minutes (at an ambient temperature of 18ºC/65ºF).
4. Sand the repair down to the required level only when paste is fully set.
5. Correct any imperfection with more filler mixture, only after the application has cured.
NOTE: Tetrion™ 2K Filler is best used in warm,dry,well-ventilated conditions. In hotter temperatures the filler mix will set more quickly: In cooler conditions the filler will take longer to cure completely. If necessary, mix a small quantity of filler and hardener to test curing time.
IMPORTANT
Never use too much hardener. Never return unused paste to tin. Keep paste cool in summer and warm in winter.
