A. The battery is below 2v and deemed faulty.

Q. Can the battery be charged while still connected to the vehicle?
A. Yes on all 12v batteries, as the float stage in the charging cycle prevents damage to the vehicle electronics.

Q. What is the charging amperage when in the float charge state?
A. The amperage is between 0.2 - 0.7 amps, depending on the battery state.

Q. Can the SmartCharge, charge 2 or more batteries?
A. Yes but they must be connected in parellel and identical batteries in size & type.
